Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using our QR code scanner and generator app ("the App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the App, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

3. Permitted Use

You may use the App to:

Scan QR codes and barcodes using your device camera.
Generate QR codes and barcodes for lawful purposes.
View and manage your scan history stored locally on your device.

4. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the App to:

Scan or generate codes for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activities.
Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features of the App.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.

5. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

The App offers optional premium features via subscription (weekly or yearly). All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their policies.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and trademarks in the App are owned by us or our licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you rights to our intellectual property except as expressly stated.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Third-Party Links & Content

Scanned QR codes may link to third-party websites or content. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party sites. Access them at your own risk.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted at the same URL with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
